By booking a session, accessing this site, or working with Khy’s Kaptures Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are here to protect both you and me and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to delivery.

Booking & Payment

• A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due by 48 hours before the date of your session or as specified in your agreement.

• Payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit card.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) with at least 48–72 hours notice.

• In case of emergencies or inclement weather, I’ll do my best to reschedule at no extra cost.

Delivery Timeline

• Edited galleries are delivered within 4 to 8 weeks via a secure Pixieset link.

• Final images are selected and edited at my discretion to reflect my artistic style.

• RAW (unedited) files are not included or available for purchase.

Image Rights

• Clients receive personal-use rights for printing, posting, and sharing (with proper credit when applicable).

• Khy’s Kaptures Photography retains copyright to all images and may use photos for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes — unless the client opts out in writing.

• Commercial or business use requires a separate licensing agreement.

Artistic Style

• My editing style is warm, cinematic, and candid. By booking with me, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed my portfolio and agree to receive edits in this style.

• Requests for significant alterations (e.g., body modifications, extensive retouching) may be declined or incur additional fees.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time, with all necessary outfits, props, or styling completed beforehand.

• Children or pets should be supervised at all times during sessions.

• Please communicate any accessibility needs or location concerns ahead of time.

Limitations of Liability

• While I do my best to deliver every moment beautifully, I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control (e.g., weather, lighting, venue restrictions).

• In the rare case of equipment failure or other unforeseen issues, liability is limited to the return of fees paid or a reshoot, as agreed upon.
